When you visit, order products or services on our site, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details and credit or debit card information.

To maintain customer service standards and to assist staff training, we may record and monitor incoming calls.

Your information will enable us to provide you with access to all parts of our website and to supply the goods or services you have requested. It will also enable us to bill you and to contact you where necessary concerning your orders. The information you provide to us may be accessed by or given to third parties some of whom may be located outside the European Economic Area who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you. Those parties process information, fulfil and deliver orders, process credit card payments and provide support services on our behalf. We may also pass aggregate information on the usage of our website to third parties but this will not include information that can be used to identify you.
Where you have consented when providing us with your details, we may also allow other companies in our group, to contact you occasionally about products and services which may be of interest to you. They may contact you by e-mail. If you change your mind about being contacted by these companies in the future, please let us know at privacy@tktnow.org.uk.
Finally, if our business enters into a joint venture with or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.
Countries outside the European Economic Area do not always have strong data protection laws. However, we will always take steps to ensure that your information is used by third parties in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation and returns policy
1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to privacy@tktnow.org.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.
2 If you wish to return goods, you may do so by returning them before the event has lapsed within 14 days of receipt for a full refund – at least 30 days before the event. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the event has lapsed or any custom event that we have made or customised specifically for you
The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping
All items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Email when they are made available by the promoters.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. THE CONTRACT
A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Diamond Circle and the Client making the order (the Client) when the Client has confirmed requirements for the programme of activity (the Event) by sending confirmation communication in the form of an email, fax, letter or signed Confirmation Booking Form.
2. PAYMENT
Within 7 days of the issue of an invoice by Diamond Circle, a non-refundable deposit for the booking must be paid, together with any VAT applicable. The amount of deposit to be paid will vary depending on the event/s booked, but is normally between 25% - 50% of the total price of the booking/s. Payment of the balance is due at least 10 weeks in advance of the date of an event or, 12 weeks prior to departure in the case of an overseas event. Diamond Circle reserves the right to cancel and reallocate any booking/s, without further notification to the Client if the Client does not adhere to these time limits and in such circumstances the deposit shall be retained by Diamond Circle. In instances where a booking is confirmed within 10 weeks of the event/s, or 12 weeks in the case of an overseas event, 100% of the booking value is required immediately. These payment terms may be altered for certain major events such as the World Cup and Olympic Games where it is necessary for Diamond Circle to pay out in full in advance to secure certain facilities and/ or tickets.
3. CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
Cancellations should be made in writing. The Client will be liable for 50% of the full package price, if cancelling more than 6 weeks prior to the event. Cancellations within 6 weeks of the event require payment in full. However, Diamond Circle will endeavour to resell the package/s or tickets on the Client's behalf, at which point, if successful, a full refund less the deposit will be made.
4. CANCELLATION OF EVENT BY THE ORGANISER
If for any reason whatsoever an event shall be cancelled, Diamond Circle will reimburse or give credit to the Client for the full value of any refund received from the venue or supplier, less the deposit paid and a reasonable handling fee.
5. LIABILITY
In relation to third parties, Diamond Circle accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property, howsoever caused. With all arrangements involving a third party Diamond Circle acts only as the agent of the Client and so no liability whatsoever shall be attached to Diamond Circle in connection with, or arising from, arrangements between the Client and of the third party.
6. ALTERATIONS TO ADVERTISED PROGRAMMES
Although every effort will be made to adhere to the advertised programmes, in some instances, which Diamond Circle in its absolute discretion shall consider to be just and reasonable, programmes may be altered, or omitted, or dates changed. Diamond Circle reserves the right to change the prices in force at any time. Any such increase must be paid by the Client to Diamond Circle before any documents or tickets are issued, or the event/s takes place.
In the event that the price increases or the nature of the event is materially changed, the Client is entitled to cancel the booking by giving written notice to this effect to be received within 48 hours of notification of the change. In this instance, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund (less the Deposit) of the monies paid in respect of the event cancelled provided that the Client shall indemnify Diamond Circle for all obligations incurred by Diamond Circle on behalf of the Client.
7. ALTERATIONS BY THE CLIENT
In the event that the Client wishes to make alterations to the booking after it has been made and confirmed, an amendment fee of '50 per person (+VAT) may be charged, together with any increase if necessary in the costs of alternative arrangements.
8. EXTRAS
Any service or goods provided at any event either at the request of the Client or its guests, which are not included in the original inclusive package, shall be invoiced separately at Diamond Circle's ruling rates and shall be due for payment within seven days of the invoice.
9. PRICES
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged in addition to the contract price. Diamond Circle reserves the right to add a service charge of 2% on all payments made by credit card.
10. INTEREST
Diamond Circle reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 2.5% per month compounded monthly on all overdue accounts.
11. AVAILABILITY
All packages and tickets offered are subject to availability at the time of booking.
